All tools and guidance needed to create your own personal floral arrangement will be provided: sustainable flowers, vases, gloves, clippers, etc.

A cooking demonstration from Emshika on how to make fresh spring rolls served that evening.

Emily Herzig is a Floral Designer and Wedding & Event Stylist based in Littleton, New Hampshire. From Boston to Bar Harbor, her floral designs have decorated weddings and events throughout New England. She loves using fresh, local, and imported flowers from the world over – with a passion that is instinctive and naturally stunning.

Emshika
The pursuit of my master's degree in Organizational Management led me to relocate to New York from my hometown of Bangkok. After graduating, I worked with Fortune 500 companies, then made my transition to entrepreneur and restaurateur. 

Along with launching my own food product line (coming soon!), I thrive on working with start-up companies as both an advisor and investor.

I love to learn and grow; it keeps each day fresh and new.  Besides cooking, I love modern art and food styling, which keeps me more in tune with art and science.
