ROCKHOPPER Races LLC, in conjunction with the US Forest Service, presents the 1st annual Chocorua Mountain Race!

The race will be held on Saturday June 16th in Tamworth NH. The 16 mile "lollipop" course will consist of a 1.3 mile stretch of beautiful dirt road which leads to a fantastic loop over the summit of "The Matterhorn of the EAST" The loop consists of some rolling double track snowmobile trail and single track hiking trail which ranges from moderately technical to "hands on trail' rock scrambling up and down steep ledges. The race will have approximately 3,500 ft of vertical ascent and loss. There will only be two on course aid stations so a minimum "kit" will be required.
