Dinner @ The Enoch House, Remick Museum

This special evening begins in the Museum Center where you will meet our new curator, Faithe McCreery, who will speak about her first few months at Remick while we share hors d'oeuvres and learn more about future plans at the Museum from Cara Sutherland, executive director.

You will then travel back in time to the historic Captain Enoch Remick House where Faithe will provide a behind-the-scenes tour to off-limit areas as we hear fascinating stories of this 200-year-old building.

Local chef Kaylon Sweet has crafted a four-course meal featuring the best of Remick-raised meats and produce, complimented by other local ingredients:

  • White onion Vichyssoise with beet gastrique
  • Roasted Squash Salad, brown butter vinaigrette, and roasted leeks
  • Leg of Lamb and winter squash curry, feta, parsley salad or Roast eye of round, bacon, leek, and potato bubble and squeak, red eye gravy
  • Peach and blueberry crisp, maple zabaglione

Additional details can be found by calling the museum at 603-323-7591.

You are invited to BYOB (dinner portion only); soft drinks and mixers will be available at the Enoch House free of charge.

You will take home a keepsake of the evening courtesy of Cara Sutherland, who is crafting something special for dinner attendees based on her blue ribbon jams and jellies!

Please join us for this special evening in support of the Remick Country Doctor Museum & Farm!
