THE PRESERVE AT CHOCORUA
The Preserve sits atop a hill on 26 acres, not far from Chocorua Lake. Almost every bride and groom have a photo taken on the wooden bridge with Mt. Chocorua looming as a stunning back drop. Most known for their beautiful barn that can accommodate up to 225 guests, The preserve features countless ways to celebrate as well as accommodations for the entire family.
The Preserve is a unique property that lends itself to taking it easy, letting time slowly drift by as you reflect on the nostalgia of days gone by. The Preserve was among the earliest farms to open its doors and was known as "Hayford's in the Fields" in the 1890's. It is our intent to extend a warm welcome to all those who choose to host their event with us. LOcke Falls Farm
Locke Falls Farm offers a breathtaking pastoral countryside, an ideal venue for your rustic chic wedding celebration or a tranquil family retreat. The beautifully landscaped property, perennial gardens and rolling fields provide a picturesque backdrop for the farm’s gracious event barn. The sprawling antique home offers ample housing for your bridal party, while the expansive stone patio provides an elegant setting for cocktails and receiving. The antique dwelling was originally built in 1844 with the existing hand hewed beams seen today. Over time, the property has been artistically restored to resemble the picturesque descriptions of yesteryear – where majestic landscapes entertained travelers brought by rail and stage to experience mountain climbing, summer rambles or partake in the property dance pavilion during the early 1900’s. The barn has recently undergone a spectacular renovation, making the transformation from a working horse farm to a grand venue for any celebration.

Located only 5 miles from Tamworth Village, White Gates Farm touts an unbelievable 52 mile view of the surrounding beauty as well as a lovely pond. The farmers at White Gates will even grow the flowers and organic food for your event with enough notice, truly setting them apart as a venue.
